We couldn’t be happier with the work that SouthernCut Design & Build did to transform our backyard!!! Our backyard was a disaster with major drainage issues. We couldn’t get grass to grow and got tired of wiping mud off of our very active dog every time he stepped outside.
We had reached out to a few landscaping companies searching for solutions and had were considering getting turf installed. Greyson and Noah wow-ed us with a plan for our small space that not only functionally improved the space, but also made it a beautiful oasis we never thought would be possible. They were patient in working with us to craft a plan that fit into our budget. We loved that they were a one stop shop for everything that we wanted. They took care of the drainage problem, extended our concrete patio, installed dog-friendly turf, and crafted the most beautiful stone walkway along the side of the house. They even spruced up our curb appeal by making some changes to our small bed out front and brought in some beautiful boulders!
Our project manager, Danny, was INCREDIBLE. The care and attention to detail was unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and we’ve done a fair number of home improvement projects. He communicated with us each morning about the work being done. He brought us in on final decisions and any adjustments to the design to really make everything perfect. Danny also brought valuable experience, knowledge, and opinions on what would work and look best when we couldn’t make up our mind. We greatly appreciate the effort and care the crew put in to bring this vision to life! There were a few miscommunications in the planning stages and with a third party that built the AC unit cover, but it was taken care of.
We absolutely LOVE the way everything turned out and are so glad that we made the investment to make our backyard a space we can finally use and enjoy!! Thank you SouthernCut!
