What can I expect?
Fill out our submission online or call into our offices to then set up an initial consultation.
Sales rep meets client on site to go over the requested quote. From there, the sales rep and the client decide if a design is needed or if we can price it instead. If a design is agreed upon, we then go into the design process. If we’re able to go right into pricing, we will provide a quote within 1-2 weeks of the consultation.
Once the work is agreed upon, we will collect a half payment and get you on schedule. Your project manager will be with you from start to completion.

Greyson and Noah wow-ed us with a plan for our small space that not only functionally improved the space, but also made it a beautiful oasis we never thought would be possible. They took care of the drainage problem, extended our concrete patio, installed dog-friendly turf, and crafted the most beautiful stone walkway along the side of the house. Our project manager, Danny, was INCREDIBLE. The care and attention to detail was unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and we’ve done a fair number of home improvement projects. He communicated with us each morning about the work being done. He brought us in on final decisions and any adjustments to the design to really make everything perfect. Danny also brought valuable experience, knowledge, and opinions on what would work and look best when we couldn’t make up our mind. We greatly appreciate the effort and care the crew put in to bring this vision to life! There were a few miscommunications in the planning stages and with a third party that built the AC unit cover, but it was taken care of.
We absolutely LOVE the way everything turned out and are so glad that we made the investment to make our backyard a space we can finally use and enjoy!! Thank you SouthernCut!
